Week One: Becoming Deathless, where you’ll confront the most universal truth of all—your own mortality. Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and group sharing, you’ll begin to release fear, challenge cultural myths about death, and cultivate a calm awareness of impermanence. This transformative week equips you with the tools to sit with discomfort safely, easing death anxiety and laying the foundation for deeper spiritual growth.
|
Week Two: you’ll dive into the emotional depths that often go unacknowledged. Through grief work, reflective journaling, and group practices, you’ll learn to release old trauma, regrets, and emotional baggage that keep your spirit tied to fear and limitation. By letting go, you create space for clarity, peace, and a more conscious relationship with the life you’re living now. This week is about liberation—so your journey toward becoming deathless can move forward unencumbered.
|
Week 3 shifts your focus from fear to transcendence. Here, death is explored not as an end but as a doorway to transformation. Through guided visualizations, energy practices, and discussions on consciousness beyond the body, you’ll learn to reframe mortality as a natural and sacred part of life’s cycle. This week empowers you to see death as a teacher, fostering courage, insight, and a deeper connection to your inner self.
|
In the final week, all lessons converge into integration and embodiment. You’ll create a personal death ritual, solidify mindful practices, and fully embrace living with awareness of impermanence. Guided ceremonies, reflection exercises, and group sharing allow you to embody the freedom, clarity, and spiritual empowerment that come from facing death fully. By the end of this week, you’ll carry a sense of peace, presence, and the transformative power of knowing that life—and death—are part of one continuous, sacred journey.

Becoming Deathless Facilitator
Mary Telliano
Mary’s passion for end-of-life care began at the age of 12, when she spent her summers volunteering in care facilities for the elderly. It was there that the seeds of her fascination with the end-of-life process were planted, shaping a path that would become her life’s calling. With an innate ability to perceive beyond the veil, Mary has been honing her intuitive skills since the age of five.
Her calling to become a death doula crystallized with the passing of her grandfather. In those final moments, Mary naturally stepped into a role of deep service—comforting, guiding, and lovingly supporting him as he transitioned toward the light. It was as if her life had been preparing her for this purpose all along.
Mary quickly committed herself fully to this calling, becoming a certified death doula and dedicating her time to hospice care. Through her years of experience, she has witnessed death in its many forms, learning to see it not as an end, but as a profound and transformative process.
Today, Mary’s mission is to rebrand death. Through training other death doulas, offering education on grief, and producing The Anam Cara Podcast, she is reshaping the conversation around dying, helping people embrace it with clarity, compassion, and presence. Her work is about normalizing death—connecting people to the universe within themselves and reminding them that death is not something to fear, but a sacred experience to be met with awareness and grace.
Mary guides others to carry death in a new light—transforming it from a source of fear into an opportunity for deep connection, understanding, and spiritual growth.
